Nasha Raina Rahim is a graduate of Cardiff University and an Assistant Manager of transfer pricing at TRATAX. She works with both Malaysia-based and international clients on a wide variety of matters, in particular those relating to transfer pricing as well as international tax.

Proffeseional expertise

• Directed the 4-person Transfer Pricing department, for preparation of transfer pricing documentation for multinational companies across diverse sectors, e.g., ACMV, F&B Manufacturing and distribution, Glass Manufacturing, Automotive Manufacturer, IT Software, Latex Manufacturing, Shipping, etc.​
• Executed transfer pricing audits, tax investigations and negotiations with LHDN.​
• Contributed to the business restructuring advisory engagement (i.e., advisory and implementation of a Principal Hub entity) for a well-known local F&B manufacturer/distribution company.​
• Contributed to a Mutual Agreement Procedure (“MAP”) application for a well-known glass manufacturer with the German Tax Authorities (still ongoing).​
• Contributed to developing transfer pricing policies for multinational companies.​
• Collaborated with Corporate Tax department in application for conversion of tax incentive for a reputable courier services company.​
• Collaborated with Indirect Tax department on special projects such participation in RMCD audit findings in a Round Table Discussion (“RTD”) to impose SST on the basis the service provider did not have a registered office in special area (still ongoing)​
